Victoria Mullen Jones is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser as well as an active Realtor in the state of Virginia.  This woman-owned business has over 30 years of real estate experience in the Fredericksburg, VA area.

Victoria's geographic area of expertise includes the city of Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline, Louisa and Orange.

She worked closely with her late father, Grant Mullen, in every facet of the real estate business including residential home sales, farm/horse properties, commercial sales, land sales, development, and conservation. A particularly special accolade is having been chosen to be on the panel of appraisers by the Veterans Administration.

 

Victoria attended Clemson University and graduated with a Business degree concentrating in Real Estate.

When not doing appraisals, she enjoys playing golf (but only when she's doing well) and riding her horse, Phyllis.
